Terreno Realty Corporation (NYSE:TRNO), an acquirer, owner and
operator of industrial real estate in six major coastal U.S. markets,
sold an industrial property located in San Bernardino, California on
November 27, 2012 for a sale price of approximately $17.0 million.
The property consists of two trans-shipment industrial buildings
containing approximately 122,000 square feet. The property is currently
100% leased to one tenant and was sold to an affiliate of Realterm NAT.
Terreno Realty Corporation acquired the property in September 2010 for a
purchase price of approximately $12.1 million.
